You will only need these if you purchased the “GrutBrushes All Brushes” set before September 2015 and Photoshop complains of a missing icon files when installing brushes via the GrutBrushes plugin Panel

These are ONLY the icons and contain no actual brushes
Place these icons in the same folder as the TPL files that you are trying to install only if the panel complains of missing icons when you install brushes

I have obtained all the icons but I have over 300 brushes and only like 133 or so brush icons, is there another file I can get?

These icons are only needed if you purchased the set many years ago, before they included icons. If you bought it in the last few years you will find all the png icons are in the original zip file that you downloaded.
